Gavin has also held positions UBS Asset Management and Russell Investments.Gavin holds a BA in History and Politics and from Queen Mary, University of London.Gavin is a published author; his debut book The Opportunity Index examines the economics of inequality and was shortlisted for the 2024 British Business Book of the Year.Gavin is a trustee of the NFL UK Foundation and is also the founder of the Catalyst Financial Education Program which equips secondary school pupils attending schools in disadvantaged areas with the tools and aspirations to enter the corporate world.
