Caregivers are invited to join us in the supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and get connected with trusted community resources. 

Tuesday, August 4th: Meals with Mayhem: Get fresh ideas about feeding your family. Come learn routines, time-saving tips and strategies.
Tuesday, August 11th: Starting Solids: From first foods to toddler tactics, come learn about starting solids and making mealtimes easier.
Tuesday, August 18th: Latch, Pump, & Bottle: Stephanie Joyce, IBCLC of Blooming Breastfeeding & Lactation will walk us through Nursing 101 and beyond. 
Tuesday, August 25th: WIC 101: Learn about what WIC offers from grocery aisles to farmers markets. Come check out if you are eligible.
