Knife Techniques

Knife Techniques from Southern 5 Animals, Praying Mantis, Northern Shaolin, Baguazhang & Taiji.

You will be taught these movements from different styles to make you have more options in your self defense skills. Man, Woman or Kid needs to protect themselves in today's environment.

Will use a wooden knife from the school.

Regular Knives can be purchased after the workshop.
