Lacto fermented hot sauce workshop

Spice things up with this hands-on lacto-fermentation class! Learn how to make your own fermented hot sauce from scratch while enjoying a drink at Science Project Brewing Co. We’ll cover fermentation basics, salt ratios, flavor building, and safe fermentation practices.
You’ll chop peppers, build your brine, and start a custom ferment to take home—plus gain the confidence to keep fermenting on your own.
