•	The Full Moon illuminates our shadows and gives us guidance on how to shift them into the light.
•	The extra energetic charge of the moon helps us reach our full potential and raise our vibrational energy
•      The full moon helps us to illuminate our shadows.
(Our shadows are blocks, old programing and limiting beliefs that prevent us from attracting our dreams.)
•      Once our shadows are illuminated we can send love, compassion and forgiveness to help us shift into a higher vibration
•      When we clear out these blockages we can more easily feel the gifts already present and around you and our hearts fill with gratitude.
