New Year’s Release and Revive: A Yoga & Burning Ceremony

Release the old, embrace the new.
Join us at The Teal Yogi for our New Year’s Release and Revive experience. We’ll begin with an hour-long gentle healing flow to help you feel grounded and centered, setting the tone for the year ahead. Next, you’ll be guided through a seated or reclined meditation designed to help you release what no longer serves you and invite in what you wish to embody in the new year. To close the experience, you’ll have the opportunity to write down what you’d like to let go of on a piece of rice paper, which will then be ceremonially burned—symbolizing renewal and fresh beginnings.
