This program will be offered twice on the same date. There is a 10:00am session and 2:00pm session. Registration is non-transferrable between sessions. Please ensure you are signing up for the correct session.

Madelaine Bullwinkel is a graduate of Smith College, the University of Chicago, and L’Academie de Cuisine. She has been teaching for more than 45 years at Chez Madelaine, her home-based cooking school, which has been featured in Bon Appétit and Better Homes and Gardens. She lives in Lemont, IL.
