Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Goehle Municipal Park (Widewaters Marina) for Barre on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. during #FitnessintheParks. Fusing some of the elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, this class is guaranteed to tone in a low impact, high-intensity setting. Focus is centered on postural strength and alignment along with upper and lower body strength.

Class takes place near Cold Springs Road North and Lake Avenue South. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
