Tenant Rules:
Please set up directly outside your unit only. Feel free to bring tables, racks, etc. to showcase your items. The office will not give out change or break bills. The dumpster will be locked and monitored—if you need to use it, please ask staff. Do not dump without permission; we have cameras on the dumpster and will enforce this. Parking will be limited. No parking in the front lot, as that area is reserved for U-Hauls and vendors. Please try to park close to your unit or ask staff for assistance. Please pick up after yourself and your customers; trash bags and brooms will be available. Children must remain with their guardians at all times. We are not responsible for any incident on the property. Most of all—come sell, buy, or trade!
