While it was a bit of a trek from the south coast, it was certainly well worth the effort . It was one of the best triathlons I have experienced. Well organised, really friendly and helpful staff, and such a beautiful location. Swimming in the loch with the sandy shore was a delight - much nicer than some of the lakes I've been in recently! You were right about the mountain bike course! It was technical enough to be a challenge for me, but I didn't feel out of my depth and managed to finish well within qualifying times for Europe and the Worlds next year! Gary
