Life can feel busy, overwhelming and noisy at times… so this beautiful morning workshop has been created to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with calm ✨

Join me at the Crystal Cabin for a cosy and intimate self-care workshop where we will explore simple holistic tools that can help support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and nervous system balance.

During the workshop you will be introduced to:

? Essential Oils for relaxation and emotional support

? Crystals that encourage calm, grounding and balance

? Tuning Forks and how sound can help relax the body and mind

? Simple daily rituals and practices you can take into everyday life

This workshop is designed to be relaxed, welcoming and beginner friendly — a safe space to learn, experience and connect with like-minded souls.
