Join Jo Klass for a one-hour Sound Bath at Grant Hall, Rothes AB38 7BJ

Sink into a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into a peaceful meditative state.

A sound bath is a form of sound healing where you simply lie down, relax, and allow therapeutic vibrations to wash through the body. Jo will guide you on a soothing sonic journey using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum to create immersive layers of sound that support rest, balance and inner connection.

Please bring your own yoga mat to lie on, plus blankets, pillows, and an optional eye pillow so you can get completely comfortable.

No experience is needed — just come as you are and let the sound carry you.

PLEASE NOTE: Sound baths are NOT RECOMMENDED if you have a pacemaker. If you are pregnant, please make sure you consult with your doctor prior to attending
