Our first Evening of Wellbeing of 2026 is here — and it’s a good one!

This January, join us for a Vision Board Workshop with a difference.

Instead of flicking through old magazines and sticking down random yoga poses or beach scenes, we’ll be taking a much more meaningful approach.

We’ll begin the evening with a group coaching session based on the Wheel of Life — a powerful tool to help you reflect on where you are right now and where you’d like to be.🥰

This will form the foundation for your vision board.
You’ll then create your own visual representation of your goals — using key words, symbols, and simple drawings to reflect the emotions behind your dreams and desires.✍️

💫 No artistic experience needed! This isn’t an art class — it’s about clarity, connection, and intention.

Your vision board can be as detailed or as simple as you like — the beauty lies in what it represents for you.
