Orange Ball Workshop

The orange ball is a great prop to free up movement through the fascial system of the body. Get better range of motion through your joints and spine!

We will be using the orange mini-stability ball for a 90 minute workshop. The cost of the workshop is $75.00 + gst and includes a ball and detailed handout so you can practice at home!
