🌒 “A Communion in the Longest Night — and Dancing Back Our Light!” 🌕
As the Sun hits its yearly snooze button, we gather to stir the embers of the soul.
Through a spirited mix of Kundalini Yoga, Bio-Energy Healing, Shamanic and Animistic practices (and a good helping of laughter, because enlightenment without humour is just constipation of the spirit), we’ll spiral deep into renewal.
This is your sacred permission slip to pause, breathe, reset, realign, and remember who the hell you actually are — luminous, wild, and far older than time.
🪶 What to bring:
Please wear Comfy, moveable clothing (you’ll stretch, shake, and possibly shapeshift).
Yoga mat, blanket, and cushions — there are none at the venue, and we’d rather you didn’t have to levitate for comfort.
Water (because dehydration is not a path to enlightenment).
Drum or rattle if you have one — we’ll be calling in the spirits, and they do love a good rhythm.
📍 Venue:
Bryncae Farm (Two Left Feet Dance School), Llanharry Road, CF72 9RN
Plenty of free parking for chariots, brooms, and other earthly vehicles.
🕚 Arrive by 11:30 AM
We’ll wrap up around 6:30–7:00 PM, reborn, recharged, and probably a bit glittery from the inside out.
