This friendly women+ practical session will give you the confidence to deal with the most common mid-ride mechanicals so you can keep rolling and avoid being stranded.What You’ll LearnThis workshop focuses on Trailside Repairs, covering the essential skills and tools to help you handle issues on the go, including:How to perform a pre-ride safety check (the M-Check)How to fix a puncture (with tubes and basic tubeless advice)What to do if your chain drops or breaksQuick fixes for brake rub, gear problems, and buckled wheelsWhat to carry in your trailside toolkitImprovised fixes to get you home safelyWho It’s ForThis session is designed for all types of riders – whether you ride MTB, gravel, road, or commuting bikes. No previous mechanical knowledge is needed, and you won’t be expected to take your bike apart!FormatYou’ll learn through:Live demonstrationsGroup discussionQ&A opportunities throughoutThere’s no pressure to get hands-on, but there will be plenty of chances to ask questions and see techniques up close.At any point during the session you are welcome to use our tools and fix your bike, or join in for the whole session.
