Kitchen Medicines to Support the Immune system & Lungs
A fascinating talk by medical herbalist, Zoë Blackwell, 
looking at how everyday kitchen ingredients can be turned into powerful herbal medicine. The focus will be on supporting our digestion, immune systems, 
and treating coughs, colds and chest conditions, with samples to try.

Learn how to make & use this powerful immune booster.
Fire cider is a powerful anti-microbial spicy & sweet vinegar 
that can be taken everyday to prevent common 
coughs, colds and viruses. It improves the digestion,
and regulates inflammation helping many conditions inc. joint aches and pains.
In this hands-on medicine making session you prepare 
a fire cider vinegar medicine to take home, along with the recipe.

Along the way Zoe will share clinical gems from her 20yrs in herbal practice, and the medicinal qualities of each ingredient and other ways to prepare it.

This practical way of learning locks in the memory of the information taught, 
and makes a fun social afternoon around a big table.
