Walk for Wellness & Remembrance 2026

Get ready to step out and make a difference at our in-person walk dedicated to health, healing, and honouring memories. Whether you're walking for yourself or in remembrance of a loved one, this is a meaningful chance to connect, reflect, and recharge.

This year’s walk is held in memory of my mother, and 50% of all proceeds will go towards support groups for people living with lung diseases — helping others receive the care, connection, and community they deserve.

Event Route:
We’ll begin our walk at Pembrey Country Park and follow the stunning coastal path, ending at St Ellis Bay, where post-walk refreshments and goodie bags will be provided. You’re welcome to join for the full route, part of the walk, or meet us at the end — whatever feels right for you.

Come with friends, family, or on your own — everyone is welcome in this space of support, remembrance, and wellness. Lace up your sneakers, honour your journey, and let’s walk together for wellness and remembrance.

09:15 AM – Walk Begins

Walk along the Millennium Coastal Path at your own pace.


11-12 PM – Finish at St Ellis Bay

Gather for a final reflection and optional group photo.


12:00 PM – Post-Walk Refreshments

Enjoy drinks, snacks, and community connection.
