The pace will be gentle and steady, with regular stops for standing or seated meditations. We will not cover a great distance.It is a beautiful way to unwind, calm the mind and connect with nature. By focussing on the sensations in the body as you walk, the connection between your mind and body are strengthened. Building the skill of mindfulness will help you to help you live in the present, which is so beneficial to your health. It reduces stress, anxiety and depression, boosts cognitive abilities, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep.All timings are subject to change and your instructor may change in case of emergencies. Where possible we will run with 4 people, and we generally limit groups to 14 people. Average group size is likely to be 8 people.Each holiday has to reach a certain number before we can guarantee it will run. This number varies depending on the holiday and accommodation used. In some places we are able to create an affordable wellness holiday with a minimum group size of 4-6.If you book a holiday and we are unable to run it, you will be offered an alternative holiday, or a full refund within 7 days of cancellation.
