Contact Charity are offering a FREE workshop for Parent/Carers of children with disabilities or additional needs (with and without diagnosis) living in Conwy and Gwynedd. The workshop aims to provide trusted, personalised, practical and emotional support to parent carers, increase household income, improve financial understanding and wellbeing, support to navigate the complex benefit system.A buffet lunch will be provided following the workshop presentation.Yn cael ei gynnal yn garedig gan Ysgol Arbennig y Gogarth.Cysylltwch â Theuluoedd gyda phlant anabl mewn partneriaeth â Fforwm Cymru Gyfan.
