We will begin with slow and mindful yoga, a mat-based practice with breath awareness and extended holding of postures like lying twists to calm the nervous system.

Candles, Orcale Cards, Meditation and Journaling with reflection on the year past and intention setting for the year to come, it will be quiet and peaceful evening away from the TV and family busyness!

Please come and enjoy and evening of stopping, processing and looking forward in that liminal space between Christmas and New Year.
