Join Yoga Teacher Cathy Ibbotson (Source Yoga) and Sound Therapist Steph Healy (Pure Sound) for a special weekend retreat in peaceful Noddfa Retreat Centre.

A gentle fusion of yoga and sound healing, to compliment this time in the year where the light is increasing and nature is starting to manifest and blossom into Summer. A chance to pause, ground and reconnect to the life force.

The weekend will include yoga, meditation, sound and gong baths, walking the labyrinth, an optional sea swim and lots and lots of delicious food in the beautiful Noddfa.

We will be working with yin and yang energy to balance masculine and feminine with flow to lift the energy and breathwork and meditation to equalise and steady prana in the body.

The cost of the weekend is:
£395 per person
 .
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due by February 2026. Instalments possible by arrangement. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation can be up to 4 weeks before the retreat. Cancellation after that incurs a fee of half the total amount due. Full payment is required if cancellation occurs the week running up to the retreat (unless you have someone to fill the space, minus the non-refundable deposit).

​“Noddfa’’ is a Welsh word meaning refuge, a place of welcome and peace, a place where you can regain energy. It is also the name of the centre, run by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Mary. Located on the North Wales coast in Penmaenmawr, which sits in the foothills of the wonderful Snowdonia National Park. You can take walks in the hills behind us to clear your head or take a stroll on the beach, just a ten minute walk away and enjoy the sounds of the sea and the wind while clearing your mind and relaxing.” http://www.noddfa.org.uk/
