This 3 week course is aimed at beginners or for anyone who has done some yoga but might be out of practice, injured or has limited range of movement. The emphasis is on moving the body in a slow and mindful way and using the breath to assist with anxiety management.

Each class is 45 minutes with a maximum of 6 participants
Yoga mats provided.

Dates: Thursday 5th, 12th &amp; 19th February

Time: 10:30 - 11:15am

Location: Upstairs, The Dance Centre, Arlais Rd, LD1 5HE
