No late entries will be accepted.

⚠️ Are you planning to enter a foal into the WPCS Official Sale in October?

If so, please make sure your fully completed registration forms are with the WPCS Office in plenty of time to allow for you to have your passports back in time for the sale. The following deadlines will apply:

28th August 2026 for any foal whose dams are requiring DNA, to allow the lab sufficient time to process the sample. Please note hair must come in at the same time as the registration if not sent in before. 

18th September 2026 for any foal whose dam does not require DNA. All forms must be completed correctly. Incorrectly completed forms will not guarantee a passport prior to the sales. 

Please help the Office during a busy period and get your foal registrations in ASAP if they are attending the Official Sale.

💻 Admission tickets, camping, catalogue pre-order and additional stabling will be available to purchase online in due course.
