- **Event Description**: Join us for a night of joyful, inclusive singing and rhythm with a workshop that brings people together through voice, breath, movement and collective music-making. 

Open to all ages and experience levels, the sessions explore songs, harmonies, gentle movement, rhythm games and circle singing inspired by global traditions, including Congolese and emerging Welsh repertoire.

Designed to support wellbeing, confidence and connection, the workshops offer a fun and welcoming space to experience the uplifting power of singing together, while gently exploring breath awareness and vocal expression. No experience needed.

Led by Liz Ikamba, a trained Singing for Lung Health practitioner, Liz has trained and worked with organisations including Singing Mamas and Musicians Without Borders. Her work crosses the boundaries of creativity, health, education and community-building. As a recent resident of Mid Wales, Liz is also beginning to explore traditional Welsh songs and weaving them into her repertoire and workshop spaces.
