The cancer peer support group with a difference meets on the last Saturday of every month, joining forces with the popular Groe Parkrun in Builth Wells. 

Instigated by the MOVE Against Cancer Charity, the 5K YOUR WAY: MOVE AGAINST CANCER group will be a supportive place for people impacted by cancer to come together, build friendships, improve confidence and benefit from some gentle physical activity.

To take part in the 5K YOUR WAY, you must first register for the Parkrun. Parkrun is free and you only need to register once, regardless of how many different events you visit and whether you intend to walk, jog, run, volunteer or do a combination.
