- **Event Description**: All Epynt Motor Club members are warmly invited to the Annual General Meeting, being held on Friday 5th December at the Victoria Hall in Llanwrtyd Wells, at 7.00pm for 7.30pm. 

The Agenda, proposed alterations to update the Club rules and provisional 2025 Club calendar will be available here:

The meeting will include election of the Club President, Vice presidents, Directors, Life members, and all Club Officials. 

If you are interested in taking on any of the roles and would like more information about what it would entail, please send us a message. 

Nominations for all roles can be made on the night or sent to the Secretary by email to epyntmotorclub@hotmail.com by Monday 25th November.  

Please make every effort to attend this important meeting to support the Club going forward into another successful year.
