Annual General Meeting

All Epynt Motor Club members are warmly invited to the Annual General Meeting, being held on Friday 29th November at the Victoria Hall in Llanwrtyd Wells, at 7.00pm for 7.30pm.

The Agenda, proposed alterations to update the Club rules and provisional 2025 Club calendar will be available here:

The meeting will include election of the Club President, Vice presidents, Directors, Life members, and all Club Officials.

If you are interested in taking on any of the roles and would like more information about what it would entail, please send us a message.
