This is a great coaching session for those of you who have already hit the trails and are happy on blue graded trails at a minimum. Maybe you want to dial in on some specific techniques - helping you to progress and improve your flow on the trails. This session will also be fantastic for those who have recently started on red trails with no professional coaching.You will learn:Body PositionVisionEffective BrakingCorneringMomentumPLUS - Pumping and Line ChoiceWho is Cheri Mills?Mountain Bike Skills & Performance Coach, Guide, Brand & Includsion Ambassador.With over 30 years of riding and racing experience across the UK and Europe, Cheri has competed at the highest levels in XC, Enduro, Marathon, and Stage Racing, earning national titles, a top 25 finish at the EWS Elite, a European stage racing medal, and qualifying for the Gravel World Championships.As a coach with 15 years of experience, you will be in good hands receiving expert knowledge!! With this heavily funded coaching session through Drosi Bikes, Llangollen , you will come away wanting to learn more and with a real buzz to get out on the trails and practice what you have learnt.Important InfoPlease arrive and be ready to ride at least 5 minutes before your session starts.Please bring your own bike and helmet.You must wear a helmet at all times during the coaching session.The cost includes parking - with thanks to One Planet Adventure.All information will be sent to you in a confirmation email.Cost shouldn't be a barrier.We’re asking just £15 for this 2-hour coaching session – an incredible value – but we understand that even this can be a stretch sometimes.
