We will be in the forest for the talk and some breathing, then to the lake to discover how to have a relaxing cold dip! 16:45-19:00 Afternoon Yoga workshop: SamaYoga & "More chanting" Sunday April 19th 9:00-11:30: Morning sadhana including Meditation and Puja followed by a class: Enjoy some classical Sama Yoga flows, mantras and mudras. This class will help us integrate the yoga & chanting. 11:30-13:30 Goodbye circle: integration, reflections and sharing After class you are all welcome to bring your lunch and share some precious time together at Villa Söderåsen and eat together before going home 16:00: Check out from Villa Söderåsen for you who choose to book the retreat style weekend (check-out from bed rooms at 11 AM, from kitchen & common areas at 4 PM) ⸻ STAY IN RÖSTÅNGA OVERNIGHT – RETREAT STYLE WEEKEND You can come ”just” to the classes or choose to turn this workshop into a retreat-style weekend by staying at Villa Söderåsen B&B. The beautiful villa is owned and hosted by SamaYoga teacher Åsa and offers a warm, cozy and welcoming atmosphere – fireplaces, peaceful common areas and a delicious homemade breakfast. The shala is located only a 1-minute walk from the house.
