The teachings of Vedanta is life transforming, guiding toward a path of inner freedom and fulfillment. Once you’ve tasted the sweet nectar of non-duality, there’s no turning back. Life may still present challenges, but you face them with the knowledge that you are free no matter what.

During this retreat, we will explore the deeper questions of life:

	•	Who am I, truly?
	•	Is there life after death?
	•	What is the purpose of life?
	•	Are we really separate, or is there a deeper connection?
	•	Can we live fearlessly?
	•	How to embrace trauma stored in the body?

These are the inquiries that bring us closer to understanding our true nature. We don’t need to wait for a catastrophe to explore these questions. Instead, we prepare ourselves for life’s challenges—old age, disease, death, and other difficulties—by understanding the impermanence of circumstances and the eternal nature of the Self.

Through the lens of Vedanta, we learn to live with deep reverence for both life and death. We discover stability, security, and fulfillment in that which never changes.
