Po puščavi s preparirano kitaro, po klaviaturah z bobnarskimi palicami – Oasis Boom je svobodomiselni francoski dvojec, ki poslušalce popelje na divje eksperimentalno vandranje skozi mešanico desert rocka, organskega techna in hipnotičnih melodij. Glasbenika uporabljata nekonvencionalne tehnike za ustvarjanje svojih edinstvenih poliritmov, predstavljenih na njunem lanskem albumu Cactus Bus – slikovitem zvočnem zapisu, ki simulira neizprosen nočni izlet čez puščavske sipine. Bendovi energični nastopi so znani po prešvicanem vzdušju in občinstvu, ki se izgublja v plesu in glasbi.

Poletje v Šiški je niz brezplačnih večernih koncertov od 1. 7 do 19. 9. za poletno druženje in zbliževanje. Ob lepem vremenu se bomo z osvežilno pijačo v roki ohlajali na letnem vrtu Kavarne Kina Šiška, v primeru, da nam jo zagode dež, pa bomo v glasbi uživali pod streho naše Komune. Free open air concert series / Summer in Šiška 2026
midnight road-trip across the desert

Across the desert with a prepared guitar, across keyboards with drumsticks – Oasis Boom is a free-spirited French duo that takes listeners on a wild experimental voyage by blending desert rock, organic techno, and hypnotic melodies. The musicians utilise unconventional techniques to create their unique polyrhythms, showcased on their 2025 album Cactus Bus, a picturesque performance that simulates a relentless night-time journey across desert dunes. Their high-energy shows have become known for a "kick and sweat" atmosphere that invites the audience to dance and lose themselves in the sound.

Summer in Šiška is a series of free evening concerts, from July 1 until September 19, helping you chase away the social distancing blues. If the weather cooperates, we’ll cool off with a refreshing drink on the summer terrace of Café Kino Šiška, and if it looks to be raining, we’ll listen to good tunes beneath the roof of our Komuna Hall. Welcome to your Summer in Šiška!
