!!PROTESTIRAMO proti nesmiselni prohibiciji konoplje!!

Zakon o konoplji za medicinske in znanstvene namene je sprejet, zakonodajni postopek sprejema zakona o konoplji za omejeno osebno rabo pa je bil na polovici zaustavljen!?!?!?

Skoraj smo že zmagali, a “skoraj” še ni zajca ujelo - niti legaliziralo konoplje.

Marihuana Marš bo tradicionalno potekal 23. 04. 2026 na Kongresnem trgu v parku Zvezda, kjer se bomo podporniki zbrali in poudarili javni interes za legalizacijo konoplje.

Po lanskoletnem prelomnem protestu in kasnejšem sprejemu zakona o konoplji za medicinske in znanstvene namene ter vložitvi zakona o konoplji za omejeno osebno rabo bo letošnji Marihuana Marš imel še posebej pomembno vlogo. Slovenija je vse bližje ureditvi zakonodaje o konoplji kot kadar koli prej, zato je ključno, da okrepimo pritisk in jasno izrazimo zahtevo po spremembah. Nemčija ter Češka sta že sprejeli odločitev o modernizaciji zakonodaje na področju konoplje, zdaj je čas, da tudi mi sledimo temu zgledu. Modernizacija zakonodaje na področju konoplje ni več vprašanje, če, temveč kdaj - in prav letošnje leto bo pri tem odločilno.

Skupaj lahko pokažemo, da močna javna podpora obstaja in da si želimo zakonodaje, ki bo odražala dejanske potrebe družbe.💚📢❗

Dogajanje bo spremljala živa glasba ter številne zanimive in poučne aktivnosti. 🧘🎷 Dogodek se začne ob 14:00 in zaključi ob 22:00 v parku Zvezda, kjer bomo skupaj izrazili nasprotovanje škodljivim politikam na področju konoplje, hkrati pa uživali v glasbi priznanih izvajalcev in raznovrstnih zabavnih vsebinah.
Po dogodku sledi after party v klubu K4 s priznanimi slovenskimi DJ-ji. 💃🏻🕺🏻

## DNEVNO DOGAJANJE ##
Na stojnicah se nam bodo pridružili partnerji, ki so na kakršenkoli način povezani s konopljo, njeno legalizacijo ali pa se strinjajo z našim poslanstvom. Na Kongresnem trgu v Parku zvezda bomo organizirali tudi več zanimivih delavnic in dogajanj, ki bodo popestrili združevanje ter protestiranje.

THE BILL ON CANNABIS FOR LIMITED PERSONAL USE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED - YET CANNABIS IS STILL ILLEGAL!?!?!?!

!!WE PROTEST against the senseless prohibition of cannabis!!

The law on cannabis for medical and scientific purposes has been adopted, but the legislative process for passing the law on cannabis for limited personal use was halted halfway through!?!?!?

We almost won, but “almost” still hasn’t caught the hare - nor legalized cannabis.

The Marihuana March will traditionally take place on April 23, 2026, at Congress Square in Zvezda Park, where we supporters will gather and highlight the public interest in legalizing cannabis.

After last year’s prominent protest and the subsequent adoption of the law on cannabis for medical and scientific purposes, as well as the submission of the bill on cannabis for limited personal use, this year’s Marihuana March will play an especially important role. Slovenia is closer than ever to regulating cannabis legislation, so it is crucial that we increase the pressure and clearly express our demand for change. Germany and the Czech Republic have already decided to modernize their cannabis legislation; now it’s time for us to follow their example as well. Modernizing cannabis legislation is no longer a question of if, but when - and this year will be decisive.

Together, we can show that strong public support exists and that we want legislation that reflects the real needs of society.    
The event will feature live music and a variety of exciting and educational activities.    

The event will take place from 14:00 to 22:00 PM at Park Zvezda, where we will stand against harmful cannabis policies while enjoying performances from renowned artists and diverse entertainment.

The event will be followed by an after party at Klub K4 with renowned Slovenian DJs

We will be joined by our partners who are in any way connected to cannabis, its legalisation or they simply agree with our message. They will present themselves and their products on their stands. We will also be organising several interesting workshops and events in Congress Square in Park Zvezda, which will make uniting and protesting more interesting.
