Session Overview: This special Gong Immersion blends the powerful resonance of symphonic gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tingsha, and healing Sanskrit mantras with gentle breathwork, and guided Yoga Nidra Reiki meditation tapping into the renewal energies of the New Year. You’ll be gently carried through waves of sound and stillness to access deeper states of relaxation, emotional release, and inner clarity. No prior meditation experience is needed—this is a fully guided, inclusive offering designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and spiritual connection. All are welcome: individuals, couples, and small groups.
Additional Information: You may bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow, if you wish, but we have plenty for you to borrow. Please arrive early to settle in, doors close promptly at session start. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing, pj's are totally fine! This is not a movement-based yoga class. Water bottles (non-glass) are welcome in the studio.
