We are inviting athletes AND their coaches to come train with the Coaches of 4 Star and develop as a team pushing eachother to new levels of education, movement, and intensity.Both days will have full lifting sessions with times for food as well as "working lunches" where we will have speakers hosting clinics (will announce when finalized) important to athletes.This camp will be intense and not designed for those that have just learned to lift - We believe this camp will benefit experienced athletes from hobbyist to elite. Coach Adamcheck will be providing a developmental plan that encourages growth in current areas as well as some new ideas for many. Coaches are encouraged to attend as well for a first time during camp and for free, we want everyone to get better and this is how we do it!Athletes attending will recieve a hoody as well as Onyx camp themed Pulling straps and need to select these options during registration.We are excited to have everyone and WILL BE LOCKING IN AT 20 ATHLETESthere are no refunds for this event but we will allow transfers
