Reconnect. Regulate. Rest - together.
Whether you’re craving a pause from life’s pace or simply curious about new ways to deepen your connection with your dog, this unique workshop offers a calming, guided experience for you both.
Led by me, a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner, Trainer and Canine Wellness Teacher, Still Paws is a 2.5-hour restorative experience designed to support calm, connection, and nervous system regulation for both ends of the lead. Through a gentle blend of guided meditations, grounding movement, calming touch, and simple co-regulation practices, you’ll explore how to create a more peaceful rhythm together.
This isn’t training. It’s deep rest. It’s emotional recovery. It’s the space you didn’t know you needed.
You’ll leave with practical tools to carry into daily life - whether your dog finds it hard to settle, thrives on routine, or simply needs more down-time in their day.
No experience with mindfulness is needed, just a willingness to slow down.
Come as you are.
Includes a relaxed 30–40 minute lunch break, so please bring a packed lunch. Light refreshments will be available.
Please note: This workshop is best suited to dogs who are comfortable in a calm, indoor group setting. If your dog is reactive or struggles being around other dogs, I’d be happy to recommend a more suitable option.
Only 4 spaces available
