This is a non-sanctioned backyard-style BBQ contest, where pitmasters compete for bragging rights, trophies, and the glory of smoking great barbecue on the Mother Road.

🇺🇸 Special Fundraiser During the Event

Macoupin Threads of Honor will be on site raising funds for the Quilts of Valor Ceremonies.

They will be raffling three handmade quilts to support these ceremonies.

The Quilts of Valor program honors local service men and women from Macoupin County and surrounding communities. The ceremony and luncheon where these quilts are presented is free to attend and is a very meaningful event recognizing those who have served our country.
