Level 2 Multi-agency ASP Training

The aim of the level 2 (skilled) module is to support you in recognising adults at risk of harm and the processes involved in adult support and protection.

Learning Outcomes

• To be confident in identifying harm for an adult
• To explore why Adult Support and Protection is needed
• How to act on relevant legislation in relation to Adult Support & Protection and other legislation for adults
• How to implement and use local Adult Protection Procedures
• Your Duty to Report, Inquire & Co-operate in Adult Support and Protection matters
• Roles & Responsibilities of appropriate agencies & professionals fulfilling Adult Support & Protection legislative functions
• Attendance and participation at an Adult Support & Protection Case Conference

Venue:

Training will take place at West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston.

Please note refreshments will not be provided during this session, however there are a number of local services available to you.
