This in-person group experience is led by Malcolm Fowlie of Montana Sacred Sound and offers a steady, supportive space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Headphones, pillows, memory foam mats, and blankets are provided to help you feel comfortable throughout the session. 

Each session begins with guided breathwork using conscious connected breathing, multiple breathwork techniques, relaxing music, and trauma-informed facilitation. The breathwork portion is designed to help regulate the nervous system, bring awareness to patterns of tension, and create space for both physical and emotional reset.

Following breathwork, the session transitions into a restorative sound bath using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. The tones and vibrations create a calm environment for rest, reflection, and reset.

These gatherings are open to all experience levels. Whether you are new to breathwork or returning to your practice, you are welcome to participate at your own pace in a nonjudgmental setting.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle into the space.

Montana Sacred Sound is a family-owned breathwork and sound practice founded in 2020 and based in Livingston, Montana. Led by Malcolm Fowlie, the work is rooted in over 20 years of experience in breathwork, bodywork, and holistic support.

Sessions are guided with a trauma-informed approach, creating a grounded and accessible space for nervous system balance, reflection, and connection through breath and sound.
