Emergency First Aid

We’re excited to offer the chance to take part in an Emergency First Aid course, where you’ll learn essential skills including CPR, treating bleeding and burns, managing choking, and much more. Everyone who completes the training will receive an HSE‑approved certificate.

The course is open to all adults registered with us. Please note that a reasonable level of mobility is required, as you’ll need to take part in each practical element of the training.

We will contact you nearer the time via email with further information on what to expect from the day, and to get a note of your dietry needs.
