Together we will explore gentle grounding practices, simple breathing, slow sensory activities for dogs, and quiet moments of co-regulation and connection. There is no pressure to “do” anything in a certain way. You and your dog are invited to take part at your own pace.

Spring Reset is suitable for dogs who are comfortable working in a small group environment. It is not suitable for dogs who struggle with reactivity around other dogs or people.

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter.

There will be a 30 minute break included, so please bring a packed lunch.
