The North Pole Experience – Liverpool
This Christmas, step into the magic of the North Pole at Otterspool Promenade.
Your 3-3.5 hour festive journey begins at the fictional Liverpool Victoria Station, where Conductor Chuggins will greet you aboard the Snowtrail Express. From there, you’ll be transported to a world of twinkling lights, festive characters and heart-warming moments.
Arriving in the North Pole Town Square, you’ll meet the Mayor and Princess Isadora before heading into the Elf Workshop, where little ones can create their very own teddy bear with help from Patch, Coggs and the rest of Santa’s cheerful team.
Next, it’s time to roll up your sleeves in Mrs Claus’ cosy kitchen and decorate a gingerbread man just the way you like it. Then lace up your skates for a turn on the REAL ice rink, and explore the festive Elf Village – complete with marshmallow toasting, shops and our family-friendly restaurant.
At the North Pole Post Office, you’ll write your letter to Father Christmas and send it off with a touch of elf magic, before journeying through the Winter Walkway to meet the man himself in his cabin.
Every Child ticket includes:
