- **Event Description**: Hello! My name is Anita and I’ve been a Yoga Alliance yoga teacher since 2022 originally working in the city centre, and I have recently moved back to the local area. 

I am running a brand new warm, candlelit, ‘Sunday Reset’ evening class at Transform Hub on Woolton Road, Childwall. 
Open to all, and all abilities ( would just need to be able to get up and down from a mat on the floor).

It starts this Sunday 10th May and is running for 4 weeks. Every class includes a mixture of standing and seated postures, and a guided meditation to finish. 

We are also offering a discount for students - it’s a perfect class for unwinding during revision and exam season! 

Mats, blocks and straps provided but feel free to bring your own! 

Time: 19:00 (1-hour 15 minutes)
