There's a first time for everyone. You can take it at your own pace and rest in childs pose at any point.What is a Crystal sound bath?A crystal sound bath is a form of sound healing, in which a sound healer takes their students on a healing journey using the sound vibrations from different instruments (in this case crystal bowls, rain stick, buffalo drum).
