As the year begins to wind down, join us for a cozy winter evening with yoga and sound healing, created to soothe your nervous system, nurture your body from within, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

This workshop is your invitation to pause before the busy Christmas ?time…— to rest in stillness and reflect on a year with a grateful heart. ?

What to expect:
– Guided breathing practice for grounding and centering
– A gentle Yin Yoga session guided by Maria (@gentlyspeaking ) — a slow, meditative practice where the shapes are held for longer, helping the body soften into the fascia and supporting deep emotional and mental release
– A soothing Sound Bath meditation with Yvonne (@hello.holistic), creating a beautiful immersive experience to help you fully unwind and drop into deep rest

Just come as you are — and you will leave feeling calm, nourished, and more at peace.
