She also led the joint Royal College of Midwives (RCM)/RCOG safety programme, Each Baby Counts Learn and Support.She has a passion for improving maternity care at local, regional, and national levels and believes that in order to deliver high quality care for women, babies families, nurturing environments need to be created through compassionate leadership.
