What to Expect:

Each session explores a different theme relevant to living with chronic illness or disability—wellbeing, relationships, navigating healthcare, or simply sharing what’s on your mind.

Meet others who “get it.” Share experiences, swap tips, or simply listen in a non-judgmental, welcoming environment.

Expert Input:
Occasionally, we invite guest speakers or professionals to offer advice and answer your questions.

Confidential & Respectful:
Everything shared in the group stays in the group. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities.

All participants need to have a working microphone and camera to fully participate in the online sessions.
