Please wait for confirmation from our team before attending, as places are only available to approved learners.Laboratory Skills & Biotechnology Skills Bootcamp with Mammalian Cell CultureThis fully funded course is designed to help you build practical laboratory skills, develop your understanding of modern biotechnology and gain hands-on experience with techniques used across scientific research and industry.Throughout the 10-day bootcamp, you’ll complete a wide range of practical laboratory activities covering key techniques including pipetting, solution preparation, microbiology, PCR, gel electrophoresis and Western blotting. You’ll learn both the theory behind these techniques and how they are applied in a real laboratory environment.You’ll also be introduced to mammalian cell culture, including areas such as sterility and media preparation, cell resuscitation, counting and seeding, cell health and confluency, passaging and cryopreservation.The bootcamp includes 60 guided learning hours delivered across 10 days, combining theory with practical laboratory training.
