We begin and close with live sound to regulate the nervous system and create a sense of safety.The music becomes your guide. We begin in gentle flow, allowing the body to soften and open. As the journey deepens, the rhythm shifts, guiding you further into sensation, into the womb, into your raw and embodied expression. The changing soundscape creates space for complete self-expression. For movement without judgement. For your shakti energy to rise and be seen. Closing crystal bowls sound healing frequencies.So much unprocessed emotion lives in the body. Through movement, breath, and presence, you will be supported in meeting what is ready to be felt and released.We will be working with ceremonial cacao and lotus flower to open the heart and their eye and deepen the connection. This is optional to support you in dropping more fully into your body.This is not performance.This is not choreography.This is a guided healing process.A space to move. To reclaim.
