This class is specially designed for normal people, usually with normal problems like stress, anxiety, pain, poor sleep, not exercising enough, etc.Your teacher, Robin, founded YinYan in 2015 after his own experience of chronic back pain & depression - his speciality is making the benefits of yoga & improved wellbeing accessible to everyBODY, including men. He also loves great beer - it's all about balance!We're doing one mixed class for everybody (23/11, Azvex's birthday weekend) & two men only classes (16/11 & 30/11). Many men don't feel comfortable or welcome in most studio/gym classes, so these classes are designed to remedy that and show you what yoga really is...it's not about touching your toes, or doing the splits, it's not about holding hands or talking about our feelings, and it's not about looking perfect on social media - it's about real people coming together to look after themelves & connect with others in a friendly & supportive space.Free to attend with optional donations on the day for James’ Place, a charity providing life-saving help for suicidal men Liverpool.18+.
