🎟️ Refund Policy – Hooters Liverpool Events

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

1. Event Cancellation:

• If the event is cancelled by Hooters Liverpool, all tickets will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

1. Event Rescheduling:

• If the event is rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the new date announcement.

1. Customer Cancellations / No-Shows:

• No refunds will be issued for customer cancellations, non-attendance, or late arrivals.

1. Transfer Policy:

• Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event.
